To Amend the Zoning Map


PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Salisbury intends to consider a proposed By-law to amend By-law No. 51, the “Village of Salisbury Zoning By-law”.

The proposed By-law is intended to add Residential zoning to the two properties identified as PIDs 70263751 and 00819185 as the recently adopted Zoning Map Schedule A of the Village of Salisbury Zoning Map does not display zoning on these properties.

Any person wishing to inspect the proposed By-law may do so at the Village of Salisbury Municipal Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, NB during regular office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday or online via the Southeast Regional Service Commission website at .

Council has set by resolution the regular Council meeting of Monday, April 12, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at the Village Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, N.B., or as a virtual meeting, as the date, time, and place for the PUBLIC HEARING of objections to the proposed By-law. If you wish to attend this meeting please contact the Village Office so arrangements can be made to ensure COVID-19 protocols are followed.
