To Amend the Municipal Plan and Zoning By-Law

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Salisbury intends to consider a proposed By-law to amend By-law No. 42, the “Village of Salisbury Municipal Development Plan” and a proposed By-law to amend By-law No. 43, the “Village of Salisbury Zoning By-law”.

The proposed By-laws are intended to REPEAL By-law No. 42 and By-law No. 43, and ADOPT a revised Municipal Plan and Zoning By-law.

Any person wishing to inspect the proposed By-laws may do so at the Village of Salisbury Municipal Office, 56 Douglas Street, Salisbury, NB during regular office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday or online via the Southeast Regional Service Commission website at www.nbse.ca/planning/area/salisbury.

Council has set by resolution Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 7:00 pm a virtual meeting as the date, time, and place for the PUBLIC HEARING of objections to the proposed By-laws.
