You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . She has been authorized to sell Village of Salisbury Dog Tags door-to-door. Dog tags are also available for purchase at the Village Office (56 Douglas Street) and at Silver Fox Veterinary Medical Centre. The cost for a dog tag is unchanged at $10.00 for spayed or neutered dogs or $30 for those not spayed or neutered, and an additional late fee of $15 will be applied to a dog tag purchased after March 31st. In order to purchase a dog tag, the dog’s vaccinations have to be up-to-date which must be proved by showing the official receipt from a licensed veterinarian hospital with the breed, colour, and name of dog showing on said receipt. A dog tag cannot be purchased without showing this receipt.
