NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING Salisbury & District Recreation Council Inc.
The annual meeting of the Salisbury & District Recreation Council Inc. will be held on Tuesday April 24th, 2012 upstairs at the Salisbury Village office. The meeting will begin at 7 P.M. This meeting is open to all residents of the greater Salisbury area.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Salisbury & District Recreation Council Inc. we extend an invitation to the residents of our area to attend.
The meeting will include the election of 3 members to the Board of directors as well as discussion on our role and future in the community.
The past few years have seen a growth in the number of activities being facilitated by the Recreation Council and has included programs for both the young and young at heart.
It is important that we get input from our community as we move forward in planning and implementation of our current as well as any new programs the community feels we should consider.
Your attendance and participation in this meeting would be welcome and we hope you will plan to be there on Tuesday April 24th, 2012 as we plan for the future.
