Welcome to our web site.  We thank you for your interest in our village and hope you find everything you need.  We are proud of our village and the services we offer and invite you to join our community and take part in the many activities and organizations available.

The Village of Salisbury is nestled along the Petitcodiac River in southeast New Brunswick.  The Village itself is approximately 14 sq. km, with a population of approximately 2208.

With the Trans-Canada Highway and CN Railway running through our village, we are a central location in New Brunswick.  We are only 25km from Moncton, approximately 40km from the Moncton International Airport, 85km from Fundy Park, 85km from Nova Scotia, 120km from the Confederation Bridge (PEI), and 245km from the US border.

The Village of Salisbury provides rural living with a central location and close proximity to most destinations.  At .9345/$100, our tax rate is one of the lowest in New Brunswick.  We have a Volunteer Fire Department and are served by RCMP and Ambulance Service here in the village.  We also have an Elementary, Middle, and High School located in the village.  For more information check out the History of Salisbury.

Come visit this small cozy village big enough to offer conveniences of the city.

I encourage you to contact us anytime. We are here for you!

Mayor, Terry Keating
